When I first started Task Complete in 2010 I was completely on my own!! But eventually I had to listen to my own preaching and get support and assistance within my business so that we could grow and care for more people than I could handle alone…
The team then grew one very special person at a time!! We now have a team of 10 people that support not just the business, but our clients…
The key to having a successful business and team is learning how to utilize and build on the natural abilities, strengths and passions of each of our team members…
In 2012, we brought on our first helper, then quickly started adding to the expertise we were providing.
Many of our helpers are stay at home moms or retired from previous careers and all agree to a criminal background check prior to joining us.
Everyone works as a unit to support the vision and mission of Task Complete and I certainly would not be capable of doing it all alone.
Below are how our helpers like to describe themselves:
Kelly Schaefer, Lead Concierge/CEO and Founder
(Registered Nurse and all around cool chic ☺ )
Jill joined our team in 2016 to work directly in supporting Kelly and the administrative needs of our team and clients. Jill brings many years of customer service experience to the team. She has been a self-employed sales person of jewelry and accessories for the past 10+ years and is a representative for Stella & Dot at www.stelladot.com/jillhammer. Jill loves putting her skills to use by helping others. She is a natural born care taker. Outside of Task Complete, Jill is a busy wife, mom (to 2 teenage boys!) and friend. She loves to be anywhere it’s warm and the sun is shining, preferably the beach!
Val joined our team in 2014 and loves to organize – the bigger the project, the better! Val has two children and is a recent empty-nester. She enjoys bringing people creative ideas to make life easier through organization – from closets to offices, or even helping to plan a party. She brings 25+ years secretarial experience and loves to make an impact on her first visit. She is high-energy with a flare for decorating. Her motto is “there is a place for everything.”
Anahid was originally born is Israel and moved here at the age of 11! She worked in the legal field for over twenty-five years before spending time at the Channel counter helping women look and feel beautiful! After volunteering for two and a half years as an Activities’ assistant at a local nursing home we were lucky enough to have her join our team at Task Complete! When she’s not taking great care of our clients, Anahid loves spending her time creatively! She’s a master at knitting, crocheting and needlepoint! Plus, she loves making baby blankets and “towel cakes” that she sells for baby showers and favors. The rest of her time is spent with family, her two daughters and 5 grandchildren.
Heather joined our team in January 2017 and is excited to provide support and piece of mind to our clients. She has previously worked in the legal field and event planning and is a mom to two young children. She currently volunteers at her children’s school, as a Girl Scout troop leader, and as an Auxiliary Board member for a local non-profit organization. She enjoys reading, crafting, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is a multi-tasker who is organized, reliable and enjoys making a difference in the life of others.
Pat Rissell, Senior Specialist/Concierge
Pat is extremely talented and creative!! She has such an eye for creating handmade cards and gifts. She enjoys spending time at her church and at home in her workshop. She joined our team in 2013 and enjoys helping our clients with the wide variety of services we offer. She has always had a special place in her heart for seniors and especially enjoys helping them with errands and chores, or just sitting and visiting. Our seniors adore Pat as she connects with them on a deep soulful level and helps them maintain their independence.
Anne has been with us for a year now and has taken a proactive approach to insuring our clients receive the best services that fit their needs and expedites all requests with the rest of the team. She has great follow through, thinks systematically and is great at tackling large projects and supporting our seniors. She has become the glue that holds some of our clients’ lives together. (Not to mention mine!)
Renee is our go-to woman for all things online that connects us with our clients and community. She is the magnificence behind our blogs, and ensures all of my content is filtered through so our followers have resources and a way to connect with us. She is also my everything behind the scenes, from creating policies that ensure our team and clients are cared for efficiently to making everything I do look “prettier”. I would not exist here without her!
Nathan handles all things techie to make sure that our website is always running smoothly and that my students can always access their courses. He makes sure we have a way to connect with our audience and whenever anything we do involves “techy” I go to Nathan for his expertise! He’s like Oz behind the curtain ☺
Cindy Benamy, PT Concierge – Philadelphia
Cindy and I go waaaaay back! A fellow nurse and business owner, she is a recent addition to our team, helping us with housing support for our corporate accounts in the Philadelphia region. We look forward to having further opportunities to watch her use her organizational talents to good use.
