The Task List enables team members to determine the status of tasks.
TaskComplete users can refine the list of tasks using the Task Filter and customize
the columns displayed on the list. Icons and row color provide visual
feedback about the health, priority, and completeness of a task.
Additionally, tasks that a user has not reviewed appear in bold which
allows an individual to quickly find new or changed tasks.

The integrated calendars in TaskComplete allow a team to monitor when
tasks need to be performed and when events will occur. There are three calendars
available in TaskComplete: monthly, weekly, and daily. Each calendar provides a different level of detail to
assist team members in identifying important information regarding tasks and events.
A user can futher refine the data displayed on the calendar by filtering for
specific projects and users.

Using the team schedule, a user can identify times when selected team members
are available to participate in an event. On the team calendar, each team member's
schedule for a selected day is displayed as a timeline. This allows a user to locate times
when an event can be scheduled by simultaneously viewing all participants' availabilities.
If the necessary amount of time is not found on the chosen day, a user can enter information into
the integrated search tool to locate the first available day and time the selected members can participate in the event.

Stats Viewer is an customizable, interactive analysis tool which enables a
user to "slice-and-dice" task information. Using this tool, questions like
"Who has the most tasks due next week?", "What tasks are behind schedule?",
and "How many tasks were entered last month?" can be answered. Each value
can be clicked on to drill-down to the underlying data.

Every change made to a task is retained in the task revision history for easy review by
team members. Each revision can be compared side-by-side with all changes highlighted.
Users can quickly navigate through all revisions of a task
to see any modifications to the selected task.
